Stella’s story is one shared by many youth who suffer unsolicited abuse at the hands of merciless yet subtle bullies, who operate when the teacher’s back is turned and use their popularity and influence to silence their victims. Her path to self-affirmation can be an inspiration to many.

Me Too by Sophie Rondeau
Romane, a teenager shaken by her parents’ divorce, accepts with difficulty to face the reality and to admit that her friend Esteban abused her one night of partying. An utterly poignant story in which the subject of sexual abuse is treated with sensitivity, finesse and nuance. In the era of social justice and empowerment movements based upon breaking silence, Me too is a YA novel more than ever necessary (14+).
NEW English Excerpt Available
En excerpt of En route vers nowhere by Sophie Laurin is now available in English! CLICK HERE TO READ IT
A story of friendship fuelled by snack-bar poutine and inedible gas station sandwiches. A teen romance, in spite of the whiffs of warm beer and sweaty bodies during a summer heat wave. A story from an era when phones weren’t quite so smart. A book with dual timelines, infused with gentle nostalgia and irresistible humour. This summer-tinged read will delight young readers.
